- 1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms, including but not limited to the Darkex User Agreement.
- 2. Rewards in Campaign 3 can not be accumulated and counted on a single time deposit only.
- 3. Campaign data statistics are based on the UTC+2 time zone.
- 4. Top Referrers must invite a minimum of 100 new users.
- 5. Top traders must achieve minimum 5 million futures trading volume
- 6. To qualify for referral the bonus, your friend needs to make a net deposit of at least $100 and achieve a futures trading volume of 50,000 USDT
- 7. Rewards for Campaign 3 and Campaign cannot be combined. If users receive a reward from campaign 4 they cannot receive a reward from campaign 3.
- 8. Users who benefit from exclusive fee rates or VIP privileges cannot join this campaign.
- 9. Users must complete the below trading volume in order to be eligible for Campaign 2:

- 10. Cash rewards will be distributed to your account as USDT and are expected to arrive in 14 business days after the campaign period ends.
- 11. Deposits made between Darkex accounts are not counted as a valid deposit.
- 12. Trading volume generated with trading bonuses will not be counted as a futures volume to participate in this event.
- 13. Physical rewards will be distributed within 30 working days after registration.
- 14. KYC rewards will be distributed in real time and must be claimed through the reward center within 7 days after registration.
- 15. Darkex reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this campaign; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Campaign as determined by Darkex in its sole discretion.
