US SEC to Hold 4 New Roundtables for Cryptocurrency Working Group
The SEC will hold four public meetings over the next three months on crypto trading, custody, asset tokenization and DeFi. The first meeting will take place on April 11, titled “Special Regulation for Crypto Trading”, and the last meeting will take place on June 6, titled “DeFi and the American Spirit”.
MicroStrategy’s directors purchased new preferred shares, codenamed STRF, at an issue price of $85. The new shares offer an 11.75% annualized yield, higher than the company’s convertible preferred stock.
Ripple to Settle with SEC and Recover $75 Million Fine
